+: Czysto, w pobliżu sklepy, cukiernia, restauracje. Obiekt ma swoje lata ale utrzymany we wzorowym stanie. Obsługa miła i pomocna, Sprzątanie co 2 dni i wymiana ręczników. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Manager Jorgos super guy, dobre miejsce dla kite i wind wing surferów na wypady do Prasonissi.
