+: Cordialità dello staff e pulizia della struttura. Posizione strategica, a mezz'ora di bus da Rethymno e ad un'ora di taxi da Heraklion.Ottima la serata con intrattenimento locale. Consiglierei di implementare questo tipo di intrattenimento.Molto apprezzato il servizio di trasferimento dalla struttura alla spiaggia, raggiungibile comodamente anche a piedi con una decina di minuti di camminata.

-: Assenza della macchina del caffè per l'espresso, per l'italiano un buon espresso è sempre apprezzato. Menù dei pasti molto incentrato sui gusti dei turisti del nord Europa e poco caratteristico e tipico, con poche specialità locali. Implementerei il numero di ganci per appendere gli asciugamani in stanza, il più delle volte dovevo sistemare gli asciugamani sulle sedie esterne.

+: L'emplacement de l'établissement ainsi que le stationnement sont parfait. Situé à une distance raisonnable par apport le parcours et les visites prévues. Vraiment super

-: Un grand hic est à revisiter..genre: une cerveuse à cheveux courts qui est extrêmement désagréable et nous fait sincèrement comprendre qu'on l'emer****e, tout le temps de mauvaise humeur et le visage renfermé elle nous transmet un sentiment de dérangement. Dommage 😪.

-: la pranz si la cina gaseai doar cate un fel de mancare care era bun, in rest, doar produse congelate semipreparate. Aerul conditionat necesita igienizare. Baia cam mica si neizolata fonic, cand vecinul folosea baia, auzeai de parca o folosea pe a ta. Galagia de pe hol facuta de copii

-: The food was terrible

+: The stuff in the morning at breakfast was really helpful and kind. The room was nicely decorated and clean in general inside. Parking was easy and just across the entrance.

-: I book the room last minute and just for a night. When I arrived they weren’t able to find my booking and I have to wait 15-20’. The reception and the first impression of the building are non reflected the prices per night. They didn’t help me with the suitcases or asked if I wanted any help, and the way to the room was only through stairs. They didn’t gave me the Wi-Fi at the check in or any further informations so I had to go more that once to the reception and ask, until one of the receptionists asked me if I want a paper with the details. The room I booked had a private swimming pool. It was dirty with dead bugs on the surface of the pool and dirt on the ground. Although we were very excited about the pool, we didn’t enter because of those things. Also from the balcony there is no view at all but some open bags with garbages in the ground just under ther room. Maybe one of the kitchens was just under the room because we could smell everything while we were sitting on the balcony. In the check out the reception didn’t asked if our staying was good or anything. It was way too busy too. According to the money I paid for one night I was expecting much more.
