+: The service we received was 5* - nothing was too much trouble. Food was also fantastic - we ate in the Italian & sea food restaurants as well as the buffet.
-: The Boschetto area - including pool wasn’t to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.

+: The property is beautiful and clean. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We had a nice terrace with sea views. The breakfast and dinner buffet were very nice with many different options. The loungers on the beach were comfortable and relaxing. I appreciated the hotel shuttle to and from Corfu town.
-: The foodrestaurants are VERY VERY expensive. There is definitely a class system. I felt because we stayed in the main hotel, we were treated differently (and not in a good way) than those in suites. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel is because there was supposed to be an adult only pool and beach, however children of various ages were constantly coming and going. The beach staff didn’t seem to care. Any and all excursions booked through the hotel are beyond expensive. Snorkeling for less than 3 hours cost €375. Ridiculous.The hotel does offer a free shuttle to and from Corfu Town. Unfortunately there only 19 seats. You must make a reservation to ride. If there is no available seat for you the hotel is happy to call you taxi that YOU MUST PAY FOR, €60 for one way. Even though the hotel offers a free shuttle. The shuttle only runs twice in the morning and twice in the evening. We did manage to get on the shuttle even after we were told it was “completely booked”. There were 10 no shows. Because of 10 no shows we almost had to pay €120 euro. There does not seem to be a lot of management or knowledge of what is going on.
