-: Cutlery and dishes very dirty. Cockroaches in the bathroom of our hotel room. Hardly any service for drinks and clearing tables during breakfast lunch and dinner at the main buffet restaurant. Food prep and quality was not good. Very bad smell in our hotel room bathroom every night, had to keep the door shut all the time. No mirrors in bedroom, had to go into the smelly bathroom to always look into a mirror. No ashtrays or bins to throw rubbish by the pool and beach chaise lounges.

+: the beach bar was a nice place to drink and chill at. The spa area was always nice and peaceful. Being able to have loads of drinks is also nice! Made good connections with two staff members which made the holiday better!
-: All food was not warm never when under a heat lamp, we paid for a panorama room but it seemed like a normal sized room with no panorama view (could see the beach but that was it). Pool had no heating so it was very cold, didnt use it ones.

+: Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war wirklich hervorragend. Überwiegend wurde alles in englisch kommuniziert. Das Hotel hat auch während des Aufenthaltes nach der Zufriedenheit gefragt. Wir waren immer im Austausch und Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt bzw. möglich gemacht. Das Essensangebot ließ keine Wünsche offen. Von Gyros, Salaten, gegrilltem Gemüse bis Nudeln mit Bolo und Pizza, war alles dabei. Die Restaurant Besuche waren zudem mal etwas abwechslungsreiches zum üblichen Buffet und konnten jeweils 1x die Woche kostenfrei gebucht werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Faliraki ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mietwagen Angebote gibt es zudem jede Menge in der Nähe, welche günstiger zu mieten sind als über das Hotel.
-: Am Pool waren gegenüber der Urlauber Anzahl zu wenig Liegen. Zudem wurde trotz Hinweis, keine Liegen zu besetzen (um z.B. essen zu gehen), diese dennoch Stunden blockiert. Die Konsequenz in dem Fall die Handtücher zu entfernen, ist durch das Personal nicht erfolgt. Am Strand war die Situation ganz anders. Hier haben die Gäste die Liegen auch wieder freigegeben, so dass immer ein Platz zu finden war.In dem Zimmer fehlte das "Bitte nicht stören" Schild, so dass das Reinigungspersonal natürlich irgendwann reinkam. Ausschlafen war somit nur bedingt möglich.
