+: The staff from A to Z was great very helpful, always smiling and very hardworking🌟🌟 The location was good, view was great🩵 Room size was good, breakfast was amazing... The beach was super especially the sun beds were very comfy:))
-: The resort is too big so u might be disappointed to find out that your room is high up and at the very end of the hotel due to the price u've paid:( The room that we stayed was spectacular but needs maintenance asap which I'm not going to detail.

+: Все сподобалось. Оскільки було мало відгуків стосовно відпочинку з дітьми у даному готелі, то додам інформацію. Відпочивала з сестрою і двома дітьми - 4 і 8 років. 1. Готель видовий, гарний, атмосферний. 2. Готель розташований на схилі, отже є багато сходів. Це НЕ було проблемою для мене і моїх дітей. Навіть, не звертали увагу. 3. Є красиві видові басейни. Вода морська. Температура води достатньо прохолодна. Діти у ньому не купались. 4. Хтось писав, що старі меблі в номері. Меблі НЕ старі, вони прекрасно відтворюють концепцію дизайну і є доглянутими. 5. Номер охайний і чистий, підлога не слизька, рушників достатньо з заміною двічі на день. Номер - це втілення всього неймовірного Міконоса. Види з номера були вражаючими. Прибирання - ідеальне. 6. Пляж - хороший вхід у море, лежаки до води близько і це подобається дітям. Вода прозора, але для моїх хлопців - холодна. Більше 15 хвилин не плавали, бо мерзли. Вода 25 градусів. Хороший сервіс на пляжі. Зручне меню, смачна їжа. Кідс меню для дітей до 12 років було включено у вартість наших апартаментів. 7. Ресторан готелю працює з 19:30. Наполегливо рекомендую відвідати. Але для дітей дуже маленький вибір страв. 8. Чекін, чекаут, трансфер, будь-які потреби - працівники організували швидко і професійно. 9. Сніданок. Хороший. Видовий ресторан. Але для дітей - мінімальний вибір з того, що пропонують для дорослих. Тим не менш, нас влаштувало.
-: Ніщо з цього, що я пишу, не вплинуло на моє загальне враження. Не було критичним і, скоріш за все, при перевагах, що має готель - не вплине на ваше загальне враження. Але: 1. На сніданку не вистачало приготування з-під ножа. Смажені яйця і омлет класичний (без додавання сиру чи овочів на смак) - на шведському столі - не рівень. Вони не гарячі і не персоналізовані. 2. Не вистачило гайд-листа по готелю. Має бути карта готелю або перелік того, що і де знаходиться. В передостанні дні ми з'ясували, що на пляжі є туалет. Двері не підписані, не позначені жодним чином. Те саме зі спортиною залою - де її шукати....Не треба, щоб ми все питали - дайте повну інформацію відразу.

+: It was a wonderful experience. The staff were polite and always ready to help. We tried both restaurants and would recommend them to anyone. I honestly felt sad leaving.

+: Room service breakfast not so great always something missing . Breakfast in main area very good though . Best beach front hotel . Psarrou beach absolutely superb . Staff very helpful . Manager very good .
