Featuring an elegant bar with classical furnishings and modern decorative items, Haikos Hotel lies 1.9 mi from the center of Kalamata and right across from the Messinian Bay. It offers air-conditioned units with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony.
Fitted with wooden floors, the air-conditioned rooms of Haikos are tastefully decorated with upholstered beds and floral or geometric wallpapers. Each unit is equipped with a fridge, a TV and a safe. The modern bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer. Some rooms offer partial views over the Messinian Bay.
Guests can start their day with a buffet breakfast served daily at the dining area. The on-site bar offers a relaxing setting for enjoying a morning coffee or a night drink.

+: Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στον παραλιακό δρόμο της Καλαμάτας, περνάς τον δρόμο και είσαι στην παραλία και το δωμάτιο μας είχε θέα στην θάλασσα. Πολύ καλό, εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Για φαγητό έχεις πολλές επιλογές, ταβέρνες, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες κλπ, είναι όλα δίπλα.
-: Το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου χρειάζεται σίγουρα αναβάθμιση καθώς ήταν τελείως basic, αυτός ήταν και ο λόγος που φάγαμε πρωινό μόνο την πρώτη ημέρα της διαμονής μας και τις υπόλοιπες το ακυρώσαμε. Χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση η επένδυση από δερματίνη του ασανσέρ στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου, που λόγω φθοράς φαίνεται βρώμικη και αδικεί την γενική εικόνα του. Ίσως θα πρέπει να τοποθετηθούν σταυροί στις πρίζες δίπλα από τα κρεβάτια, προκειμένου να μην χρειάζεται να βγάλεις το πορτατίφ για να βάλεις τον φορτιστή σου για κινητό ή λάπτοπ.

+: Hotel sul lungomare di Kalamata con possibilità di parcheggio privato. Personale molto cordiale. Le camere come il bagno sono un po' datate e avrebbero bisogno di una bella rinfrescata, ma sono pulite. La colazione nulla di eccezionale. Sicuramente un buon posto per una notte di passaggio.

+: The staff is very nice - the cleaning ladies offered us extra towels as we didn't ask for our room to be cleaned. The parking is super helpful and location is prime. It is quite loud at night below but the windows are well glazed so disturbance is minimal. AC was also quiet.
-: The toilet fan turns on together with the light, which is a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, nothing to comment.
