+: Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και είναι μερικώς ανακαινισμενο και εχει περιθωρια σημαντικηης βελτιωσης. Το προσωπικό φιλικό, και προσπαθεί για το καλύτερο και ειδικά ο Κώστας στην ρεσεπτιον, πολύ εξυπηρετικος. Το πρωινό έχει επίσης περιθώρια βελτίωσης, θα χρειαζονταν λιγες περισοτερες επιλογες. Οι ώρες του πρωινου είναι περιορισμένες, μόλις μέχρι 9 30.
-: Κατά την άφιξη μας το δωμάτιο μύριζε άσχημα, γιατί δεν είχε αεριστεί κ οι πετσέτες ήταν βρώμικες. Παρόλα αυτά ζητήσαμε άλλες και αμέσως μας τις άλλαξαν. Την δεύτερη μέρα δεν καθάρισαν καθόλου το δωμάτιο, όμως όταν το ζητήσαμε έκτοτε το καθάρισαν κάθε ημέρα πολύ καλά. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει μεγάλες δυνατότητες αναβάθμισης.

-: Kahvaltı çeşidi ve ürünlerin kalitesini, sunumları ve hijyeni beğenmedim. Kahvaltı salonunda çok kötü koku vardı. otel çalışanları sorunları çözme konusunda çok yetersiz , Odalarda tefrişat eski idi. Banyolar yenilenmiş fakat hiç havalandırma yoktu, sunulan ve kullanılan banyo malzemeleri kalitesizdi. Havlular da hijyen sorunu vardı. Üst katlardan WİFİ hiç çekmiyordu

+: Large room with small balcony overlooking the pool and an adaquate breakfast which they start at an earlier hour so you can have it before meeting any excursions you may have signed up for which is great. There is always someone at the front desk.
-: Pool hours are ridiculous 9-6. They should at least be open from 9-9 so families can cool off after doing things during the heat of the day. Pool hours should clearly be stated when given the keys to one's room. Air conditioning wasn't working but they fixed it right away. I know people can have bad days, but it's obvious a couple of the male staff could probably use a day or two off to rejuvinate a little, looks like they're tired of working which I totally get.
