Heliotopos Boutique Hotel, built in the traditional Cycladic style, is located on the highest point of the caldera. It offers uniquely decorated rooms with balconies overlooking the volcano.
Rooms at the Heliotopos are tastefully decorated with paintings, embroidered paintings and art objects. Air conditioning, a kitchenette, satellite TV, CD player and safe are also included.
Every morning, a rich breakfast buffet with homemade items and freshly baked bread is served in the courtyard.
The unique atmosphere of the cave hall is ideal for weddings or professional meetings. In the evening, guests can enjoy local wines, cocktails and drinks in this room, as well as snacks, fresh salads and delicious light meals.
In addition, Heliotopos has an outdoor swimming pool with a terrace with a magnificent view of the caldera.

+: Excellent location. Stunning views. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Accessible grocery stores. Good location to walk to Oia or Thira. No need to book restaurant with view since rooms all have fantastic view of sunset.
-: Challenging parking. Car not necessary. Only 4 pool lounge chairs but during peak season, we never had to compete for space anyways.

+: Tutto. Location splendida vista caldera. Staff gentilissimo. Camera spettacolare dotata di cucina, letti molto comodi, doccia spaziale. Anche colazione servita in una sala dentro una "cave". Impagabile la vista al tramonto dalla terrazza. Piccola piscina comune pochissimo frequentata anch'essa prospiciente alla caldera. Wi-Fi e parcheggio facilmente trovabile in vicinanza (escluso ora tramonto). Anche una statua greca in una nicchia!
