The Hersonissos Maris Resort is located on a sandy beach. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and a tennis court, and rooms with a balcony or terrace with views of the Cretan Sea or the hotel gardens.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a fridge and a TV with satellite channels. From some rooms you can go directly to the shared pool. The maisonettes have a private pool with a hot tub.
Thalassa Snack Bar offers light meals and drinks by the sea. A buffet breakfast is served daily at Alexander Restaurant, located by the pool. Cuisine and international cuisine are served for lunch and dinner.

+: Dit hotel heeft een zeer fijne ligging, vlak bij de zee. Het is er zeer proper, het personeel is super vriendelijk en het eten is lekker en met een uitgebreid aanbod.Prijs-kwaliteit is dit super!

+: Dejligt hotel af lidt ældre dato i en 'voksen' og rolig del af Hersonissos. Intim og hyggelig bugt med liggestole og parasoller lige udenfor. Der er værelser med havudsigt, som jeg klart vil anbefale, hvis man ikke har brug for egen pool.

+: Our flight home was delayed, and the hotel we were at was fully booked, so we stayed one night at the Hersonissos Maris. We loved the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Dinner was great and we especially enjoyed the fabulous Greek evening (dancing and music). We lucked out as this occurs once every two weeks. Our room was spotless, and the AC was excellent. The bathroom was small but sufficient. Our room had a mini bath, which would be difficult for elderly people and those with mobility issues.All the staff that we met were very nice and helpful.
-: I didn't like the high bathtub wall.

+: Colazione e cena fantastiche, a buffet, e quindi per tutti i gusti. Il personale di sala é sempre stato veramente gentile e simpatico. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come se fossimo a casa nostra.

+: The receptionist were very polite and they had also board games for the clients to take them to the room. Food was quite good
-: There were damp walls and rust in the premium rooms. Also even though we had a private shared pool, it wasn’t permitted to use whenever we wanted, only for 10 hours .
