+: If you are not visiting the town and would just like to stay casually within the resort, the location cannot be better. Pretty close to the airport, and the beach belongs to the hotel itself. The cleanness is really top!

+: Das Buffet (morgens und abends) war super. Verschiedene Pools waren sehr gut. Sehr viele Liegen im Hotel. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Guter Service.
-: Zusätzliche Kosten für Liegen am Strand. Je nach Zimmer teilweise Ameisen in den Räumen. Pools offiziell nur bis 18 Uhr nutzbar.

+: The staff is very professional, kind and friendly (especially the blonde haired Lady in the main restaurant).All the areas are PERFECTLY cleaned (I have never seen such a clean hotelresort). Food is good, which is not easy when it come to cook for so many people.
-: Almost everything was perfect. If I have to give a suggestion aimed at improving the service of the resort I would like to have:One or two nights with a disco (most of the customers are families, but there are also many teenagers who do not know what to do after the dinner, especially because Kos Town is 20 min fa away).I would also suggest a street market (1 or 2 nights) selling typical greek stuff (for example you can take the inspiration from Tam Tam).Cocktails are poor. Better hire a specialist.

+: Die Hotelanlage ist relativ groß, so dass es selbst in einer ausgebuchten Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt wirkt. Da es viele große Pools gibt und einen Strand, verteilen sich die Menschen sehr gut. Das Essen empfanden wir als sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es gab auch einiges an vegetarischen Speisen zur Auswahl. Unser Zimmer (superior Doppelzimmer) war modern und hatte eine tolle Größe. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.
-: Die Kinderpools sind ohne Sonnenschutz. Es wäre schön, hier das ein oder andere Sonnensegel anzubringen, um insbesondere die ganz kleinen noch besser vor der Sonne zu schützen.
