+: Great location and nice staff
-: The room was quite cramped around the bed, the steps going to the bed were too high. The room floors were always wet. The intimation regarding the airport to hotel transfer was unclear in that it did not say it had to be paid for so I as a customer was disappointed when I was asked to pay 50 euros. I found that the taxi I took to the airport was less.

-: Il bagno era aperto sul resto della camera non consentendo la privacy necessaria. Altra pecca una finestrella nel.bagno dava sulla scalinata sempre illuminata anche di notte, essendo il bagno aperto sulla camera illuminava la stanza da letto a giorno anche di notte. L'ultimo giorno non ci sono stati dati gli asciugamano puliti e la mattina della partenza ne avevamo solo uno piccolo per 2 persone

+: The staff are incredible, from Evi on reception to the breakfast and pool supervisor, porter staff and kitchen staff- so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is everything you would expect for quality and attention to detail. Again nothing was too much trouble.
-: The cleaning lady seemed rushed and as though she didn’t have enough time to thoroughly clean the room. The rooms are beautiful but will get grubby if they aren’t maintained. The marble sinks show up stains from previous guests and coffeetea grounds that must have been tipped down the sink by the previous guests were still in the corners of the sink. Such a shame as the quality of the rooms is lovely.

+: Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön! Tolle Zimmer & alles sehr sauber.Die Frau am Empfang war super herzlich & sympathisch.
-: Teilweise zu wenig liegen am Pool - man muss schon recht früh kommen, um eine Liege zu bekommen.Das Restaurant ist leider gar nicht gut gewesen - wir hatten 2 mal das Rinderfilet und es war viel zu durch & trocken. Die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang ist aber wirklich einmalig.

+: The room was very nicely designed. Wonderful caldera view. The staff was super kind. We liked the cozy quiet atmosphere. It seems like we were in a separate little village within the village.
