One of our best sellers in Megalochori! Nestled at the traditional village of Megalochori, just 50 m from a bus stop, a bakery a mini market and restaurants, Iridanos Cave House features an internal courtyard with a dining area and BBQ facilities.
The fully equipped air conditioned cave house consists of three bedrooms, a spacious living room with Smart TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, stove and microwave. Free WiFi is available.
Guests will receive a map and information about the island upon arrival. Bike hire and car hire are available at the property and the area is popular for horse riding. You can engage in various activities, such as snorkeling and diving.
Iridanos Cave House is located only a 5-minute drive from Fira center and Akrotiri village and 3.1 mi from the famous black beaches of Perivolos and Perissa. Public parking can be found nearby.

-: The rooms are very humid. The dehumidifiers are very noisy and generate heat but you cannot live in the house without them on as it is too humid inside. No hair dryer. No hangers for wet clothes.

+: The cave house was very spacious, clean. It was ideal for a group of 5. Would definitely recommend the taxi company which was sorted by the owners of the cave house.

-: J'ai effectué une réservation pour 3 personnes mais ai reçu une réservation pour 2 personnes.Logement prévu pour 6 personnes et à notre arrivée,nous avons dû payer 200€ en cash car nous étions 3 avec notre fille de 17 ans(enfant).La chambre parentale n'était pas vivable de par son humidité et son odeur de moisis.Tous nos vêtements étaient humides si on les laissait dans cette pièce et le lit ainsi que les draps étaient humides.Nous avons dû dormir dans une autre chambre jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour.Nous sommes bien conscients que c'est une maison troglodyte et malgré les multiples déshumidificateurs( très bruyants de plus!)cette chambre n'est pas saine.Allergique ou asthmatique,passez votre chemin, j'étais enrouée et avais les yeux gonflés au réveil.

+: La casa era encantadora y estaba en un pueblo muy bonito, tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para los días que estuvimos y era tal cual las fotos que se muestran.
-: Al ser una cueva había muchísima humedad pero es lógico, tenían humidificadores por todas partes.
