Located in Vasilikos of Zakynthos, the stone-built Joanna’s Villas feature a pool with a children’s section and a sun terrace amid its 8000-m2 garden. The property consists of 6 separate buildings and offers self-catering units with free Wi-Fi and a balcony or patio.
Overlooking the Ionian Sea, the pool or the garden, the apartments and villas of Joanna are fitted with beamed ceilings, stone walls and traditional furnishings. Each air-conditioned unit has a seating area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. A dishwasher, a TV and an iron are available. Some units are split level and most include a fireplace.
Guests will find restaurants and shops within a walking distance from Joanna’s Villas. Zakynthos Town and Port are at 9.3 mi, while Zakynthos International Airport is 11 mi away. Staff at the front desk can arrange boat cruises to Zakynthos Blue Caves and can provide car rental. Free private parking is possible on site.

+: L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è stata la piscina e la zona barbecue ( anche se con poca illuminazione )
-: La prima cosa da considera è la pulizia sotto zero,la lavastoviglie inutilizzabile perché aprendo lo sportello fuoriusciva un odore di difficile da spiegare. Cattivo odore orribile dagli scarichi,frigorifero con resti di cibo degli ospiti passati,asciugami ingialliti e lenzuola macchiate. Le stoviglie erano sufficienti per due persone,la tv non funzionava,e mancavano tutti gli utensili necessari in cucina. Assenza di kit di benvenuto. Illuminazione interna deprimente stile veglia funebre. Sicuramente la scongliamo.

+: The pool and the fact that the houses were close to each other.
-: For two or three people it’s okay, but for big groups like us, the property should have had better conditions. Not enough cutlery or plates, not enough towels, AC stopped working during the night and we were in the middle of a heat wave in Greece; and communication from the host was not the most exemplary.
