One of our best sellers in Fira! Conveniently located in the heart of Fira Town, just yards from the Caldera, the Cycladic-style Kalisti Hotel & Suites features modern facilities with deluxe services. Set amid a 8.2 ft² garden, the modern hotel offers a pool with a sun-lounger terrace and an outdoor hot tub.
The elegantly decorated rooms and suites at Kalisti offer views of the sea, garden or pool and come with free WiFi and satellite TV. The bathrooms are fitted with forged cement and are stocked with a hairdryer, slippers and luxurious toiletries. A mini-bar comes standard.

+: Le séjour à l’hôtel a été parfait ! L’endroit est très beau, très pur, il y a deux magnifiques piscines et le Pool Bar est également très agréable. Nous avons rencontré le manager qui est aux petits soins avec tous ses clients et son équipe, très à l’écoute et sympathique. Il est très pesant dans l’hôtel pour s’assurer que tout va bien. Il nous a donné de superbes chambres suite à un changement d’organisation. Merci encore pour tout !

+: It is close to the bus stop and center of Fira. The pool area is nice and both pools very clean and refreshing. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety.
-: I expected way too much after I read all the very good reviews. This hotel is not at a 4-star quality level. My room was appropriate, if I would have booked a 2 star hotel. The bed was scuffed and everything else looked outdated and only softly renovated. The aircondition was leaking and the floor wet, what the staff did not care about. The bathroom was a huge disappointment, especially the size of it and the tiny open shower. I couldn’t use the rain head shower, cause the button was damaged or way to small to use. A glass or something to put the toothbrush in completely missing.

-: Siamo arrivati in struttura per una notte sola, dopodiché abbiamo deciso di fermarci un’altra notte . Alla reception ci hanno detto che la camera era disponibile per un’altra notte ad una cifra superiore a quella che abbiamo visto su booking. Abbiamo chiesto come mai, e ci è stato detto in modo poco carino di prenotare pure su Booking! Ho chiesto se ci avrebbero dato la stessa camera e ci hanno detto di sì ! L’indomani mentre noi eravamo quasi pronte per uscire ci hanno spostato di camera e ci hanno messo praticamente nella camera più rumorosa dell’albergo! Doccia tappata , bagno allagato oltretutto! Non abbiamo chiuso occhio !

+: Tutto lo staff è veramente cortese e disponibile, la colazione varia e per tutti i gusti, la stanza sempre pulita e con cambio asciugamani giornaliero, le due piscine top che abbiamo potuto utilizzare anche dopo il check out e fino a sera (un plus veramente superlativo per chi ha la partenza la sera). La posizione è ottima a due minuti dal centro e dalla vista della caldera! Attraversando la strada poi c'è un grande supermercato utilissimo per le scorte di acqua prima delle gite quotidiane. Un'esperienza bellissima, consigliatissimo.
