+: Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, κατάλληλη τοποθεσία για κάποιον που θέλει να επισκεφθεί τις καλύτερες παραλίες(Φαλασαρνα, Ελαφονήσι, Μπάλο).Επίσης να πω ενα ευχαριστώ στο ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Μεγάλες και καθαρές πισίνες και πολύ καλό water park..

+: Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου άριστες και τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα! Έχεις παρά πολλές επιλογές στο πρωινό και στο βραδινό ! Σας ευχαριστώ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία, θα τα πούμε σίγουρα του χρόνου !!

+: my stay at the hotel was an amazing experience, I met the staff who were very smiling and kind the room was very clean, the breakfast was great, I didn't know what to get first I would like to go again soon

+: Fantastic hotel!!!Very nice apartment!!!Very clean and comfortable!!!!All the staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home!!!The garden is great!!!The pools are very clean!!!The bar restaurant has good service,perfect food with reasonable prices!!!I recommend it for families but also for couples!!Thank you for the gift and for everything!!!

+: Πραγματικά οι πιο ωραίες διακοπές που κάναμε ποτέ η τοποθεσία ήταν μαγική το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο υπέροχο με αρκετά προσιτές τιμές.το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτουμε στο μέλλον ξανά ευχαριστούμε για όλα

+: Vesiliukumäet ok - ei mitään positiivista

-: Olemme reissanneet Kreetalla ja muualla Kreikassa paljon, emmekä ole koskaan aiemmin saaneet yhtä ylimielistä ja töykeää palvelua. Huoneisto oli myös yksi huonoimmista, joissa olemme majoittuneet: Huoneisto oli hyvin likainen saapuessamme, eikä sitä siivottu kolmen vuorokauden aikana kertaakaan edes perustasolla - vain roskapussit tyhjennettiin. Huoneisto oli nähnyt parhaat päivänsä aikoja sitten. Myös koko alue näytti siltä, ettei mistään pidetä huolta.Huoneistossa oli ilmastointi vain yhdessä makuuhuoneessa eikä se riittänyt muihin huoneisiin lainkaan. Huoneistossa ei myöskään ollut riittävästi astioita neljälle hengelle. Sängytpatjat todella huonossa kunnossa (jouset törrötti monesta kohdasta), joten hyvistä yöunista ei tarvinnut edes haaveilla.Saavuimme sunnuntaina ja harmiksemme vesipuisto oli suljettu silloin. Respan henkilön mukaan tästä on maininta jossain Q&A kohdassa bookingissa...mutta emme löytäneet tällaista tietoa. Kuntosali täysin käyttökelvoton, kaikki laitteet rikki eikä tilassa ole ilmastointia.

+: I didn't like anything, we didn't have time to be in the hotel to like

-: We arrived at 12:30 at night. We got three rooms. In one room, the air conditioner did not work. In the other two rooms, there was no hot water. I asked them to change the room, but it did not happen until 4:00 in the morning.That night I asked for my money back and to go somewhere else And they answered me only tomorrow morning And in the morning they didn't want to give me back the money. At 2:00 in the afternoon the managers of the hotel arrived and started yelling at the children and came to us demanding to leave the hotel and only give us back a quarter of the amount we paid and threatening to order and that's what I did

+: Mysigt hotell med bra poolområde och en lägenhet med det man behöver. Inte ett lyxigt rum men med det man behöver på en solsemester.

-: Vår lägenhet låg lite illa till på bottenvåningen precis där alla gick förbi. Då menar jag bokstavligen 10 cm från sovrumsfönstret. Dagtid var det inga problem men nattetid blev vi väckta några gånger på grund av folk som var högljudda och stod precis utanför vårt fönster och pratade.
