Perched on the top of the Caldera in Santorini Island, Kavalari Hotel enjoys panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and the old port. The Cycladic-style guest house features a sun terrace and offers free Wi-Fi throughout.
Opening out to a shared patio, the air-conditioned rooms and apartments of Kavalari are traditionally decorated with local items and wooden furnishings. Each one comes with a satellite TV and a fridge, while some of them feature a kitchenette and a seating area. A hairdryer and slippers can be found in the bathroom.
Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast, including fresh orange juice, local flavors and fruits, at the sun terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. Restaurants, taverns and bars are within a short walk from the property.

+: The location is the ONLY positive thing about this "hotel".
-: Pretty much everything. The staff, the breakfast was inedible, the facilities were really poor and not what they show you in the pictures, the room was located 6(!!!) flights of stairs below street level and it wasn't written anywhere when I ordered the room.

-: Room only had air conditioning upstairs so the downstairs area was very warm. Would be better to ask guests what they’d like for breakfast as it felt some food went to waste.

+: La ubicación y la vista a la caldera es excelente es lo mejor que tiene el hotel.
-: El trato del personal deja mucho que desear. Reservamos 2 habitaciones suite ejecutivas iguales con vista al mar, cuando entramos a las dos 1 era 13 del tamaño de la otra. El baño era mínimo era imposible que entren 2 personas la ducha era asquerosa con una cortina de plastico espantosa que se pegaba al cuerpo de tan pequeño que era el espacio. Cuando lo hicimos saber nos decían que eran iguales cuando era más que evidente que no eran de la misma categoría. Lo sentimos como una burla. Ignoraron nuestros reclamos. El desayuno bien pero servido por alguien poco amable. La piscina es ínfima no entran más de 2 personas.
