+: la struttura era datata,non corrispondeva alle foto,ma soprattutto molto sporca in tutte le stanze.

-: Pessimo! Partendo dall'arrivo: avevo comunicato alla struttura che saremmo arrivati alle 9 di mattina e mi era stato risposto che andava bene. Prima di prendere l'aereo abbiamo inviato una mail per ricordare l'orario d'arrivo. Arrivati non avendo ricevuto risposta abbiamo scritto su Maps l'indirizzo, ma è stata un'impresa..l'alloggio non è contrassegnato da nessun cartello. Dopo più di un'ora di ricerca, ci arriva la risposta alla mail (al numero di telefono non rispondevano), in cui ci danno indicazioni di un'altra struttura dove troviamo il proprietario, che ci dice che la camera ci sarà consegnata alle 17...quando ci era stato detto che non era un problema fare il check-in prima. Arrivati nella "camera", orribile. Avevamo messo come preferenza il primo piano, e ci è stato dato un piano terra. Le foto non sono assolutamente realistiche. L'angolo cottura inutilizzabile, sporco, muffa sui muri, il bagno emanava puzza, dalla doccia non è mai uscita acqua calda, il condizionatore vecchio e non funzionava bene. Ragni e pieno di zanzare, dovevamo dormire chiusi dentro perché non c'erano zanzariere. Il WiFi non ha mai funzionato, né in casa né nelle "aree comuni". Il prezzo potrebbe sembrare conveniente, ma non vale neanche quei soldi.

+: There are good beaches close by, the supermarket is pretty close, the bus station is 100m away, so the location is not terrible. There is a 7-minute walk to Benitses center, where you can find many taverns and eat quite a decent meal.

-: Out of the 3 days I was here, the internet was not working for 2 days. The signal is relatively bad, so I could not use the hotspot from my mobile internet as well. I could not reach the owners to see what the problem with the internet was. This is VERY basic accommodation, I guess only for students only in need of a sleepover. Also, there was no hot water at all, and unlocking a door was more like picking a lock than normal unlocking.

+: Absolutely nothing, on arrival they let us in at 18:00 in the afternoon when we should have checked in at 12:00. Before entering we had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning the room. As soon as you entered the sanitary conditions were very bad, not to mention the bathroom. We did not have hot water for 10 days, we did not have the remote control for the air conditioner and once we had it after requesting it for two days we found that it did not work, only hot air. We contacted the owner of the structure to warn him that there was no hot water at least for that but he liquidated us with a simple I'll call the technician.

+: Το νησί σαν νησί αξίζει.. έχει πολύ ωραία μέρη λ πολύ ωραίες παραλίες..

-: Από το κατάλυμα τιποτα! Δεν μας αλλάξανε στις 2 εβδομάδες σεντονια κ πετσέτες! Δεν δουλεύει το ψυγείο, το αιρ κοντισιον ώρες ώρες δούλευε.. αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο και επί μία εβδομάδα ήμασταν με σπασμένο παράθυρο και δεν αλλάχτηκε ποτε! Νερο ζεστό και με πίεση δεν υπηρχε! Καλε χαρτί υγείας είχε μόνο την ημέρα που φτάσαμε 1 ρόλο οχι παραπάνω! Ηχομόνωση δεν υπήρχε.. ήξερα από πιο δωμάτιο και για πιο λόγο πηγαινε στο μπάνιο! Σε ΚΑΜΙΑ ΠΕΡΙΠΤΩΣΗ μην πάτε εκεί! Ααα κ δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό! Μόνο την καθαρίστρια είχα δει.. έφτασα 12 το μεσημέρι στο δωμάτιο και μπηκα στο δωμάτιο μου μετά τις 6 το απογευμα με την δικαιολογία δεν έχουν φύγει οι προηγούμενοι! Η πραγματικότητα είναι μια.. η καθαρίστρια εμπαινε στις 5 κ καθάριζε.. (βεβαια βάση με το Chek in είναι τυπικός.. ελεγε στις 6 το απογευμα γινεται!) ΠΑΙΔΙΑ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΟ! ΜΗΝ ΣΚΕΦΤΕΙΤΑΙ ΚΑΝ ΝΑ ΜΕΙΝΕΤΕ ΕΚΕΙ!
