+: The hotel's location is unbeatable, directly on a beautiful long sandy beach. While on a walking distance from Malia where many shops and bars are found, it is far away from the noise of the town. Our bungalow was relatively newly renovated, clean with very good air conditioning. At night, we loved lying on the sunbed of our private terrace enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Beach and pool are well furnished and very enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of Greek and international cuisine. The food at the lunch restaurant near the sea was delicious with a local flair. We always had a table with a sea view. The greatest advantage of this complex is the space! We never felt like the place was crowded despite the hotel was full. Particularly praiseworthy is the staff. Very friendly and efficient! Great value for money, strongly recommended!

-: The only thing to complain about is that we didn't have the opportunity to stay longer!

+: We have had a fantastic stay in Kernos Beach. We had the chance to get an upgrade in a bungalow at the seafront and it was wonderful. Of course it was still very calme this time of the year. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and diner with variation of food. Nice private beach shared with 1 other hotel. Staff do everything to give you a comfortable stay! I even got a birthday cake, very kind. Thank you. Barbara and Leslie from Belgium, last week in room 507 😊

+: Mise à part l’emplacement sur la plage, sinon rien, je n’ai vraiment rien apprécié dans cet hôtel… désolée.

-: Grosse déception de notre chambre avec « vue » sur mer!! de qualité médiocre… et pas très propre. Compte tenu du prix je m’attendais à mieux. Clientèle exclusivement allemande, du reste les serveurs s’adressent à vous en allemand. Les buffets sont… copieux, à condition d’aimer la nourriture grasse. Sur la plage, transat tellement serrés qu’on pourrait lire le magazine de son voisin. Et le personnel (âgé, voire très âgé) est le plus mal aimable qu’il m’ait été donné de rencontrer.Bref, passez votre chemin.
