The traditional style, family-run King Thiras Hotel is quietly located in Fira of Santorini, near the historical center. It features a traditionally decorated bar and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a private, furnished balcony.
Enjoying views over the Aegean Sea, Fira Town and the eastern part of the island, the rooms of King Thiras have a TV, a radio and a telephone. Each unit includes a private bathroom with shower or a bathtub and a hairdryer.

+: La ubicación era perfecta, pegado al centro pero en una zona muy tranquila, no se escuchaba ni un ruido por la noche. Emmanuel, el dueño del hotel fue muy amable con nosotras y nos ayudó con todo, además hablaba español! Un hotel muy muy agradable, muy cercano, con unas camas comodísimas, muy limpio y con parking al lado.Si alguna vez volvemos a Santorini sin duda repetiremos.

+: Hôtel familial très bien placé, sur les hauteurs de la ville, à proximité du centre et du sentier qui rejoint Fira à Oia. A proximité également des loueurs de voiture. Chambre propre et spacieuse avec un balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur Fira. Patron tres sympa qui nous a donné, à notre demande, de très bons conseils de visite. Literie tres confortable. A recommander

+: Unser Zimmer lag in Südrichtung, so dass wir das Wasser an der Ost- und Westküste sehen konnten. Richtung Süden lag uns Fira zu Füßen. Aus dem Waschbecken schaut einem morgens beim Zähneputzen grühnspan entgegen. Bis zum Zentrum, bzw. der Einkaufsmeile, sind es ca. 5 Min.. Zurück dauert es etwas länger, denn es geht nur bergauf. In der Einkaufsmeile tummeln sich tagsüber 1000de von Menschen, die von den Kreuzfahrtschiffen kommen, und für ein paar Std. bummeln gehen. Kann man sich ansehen, muss man aber nicht. Wenn der Inhaber und seine Tochter nicht so nett gewesen wären, hätte ich mich beschwert. Aber für 8 Tage bzw. Nächte kann man das überstehen.
-: Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück. Ein Stück süßer Kuchen, 2 Scheiben Toast, Fleischwurst und Käsescheiben in einer Minikühlung, Joghurt, kann aber auch Quark sein, und ein Bastkörbchen auf dem Tisch, in dem je zweimal Marmelade, Nutella, Honig, Teebeutel, Zucker usw. enthalten sind. Der Kaffee wird in einer Kaffeemaschine gekocht, und dann auf der Warmhalteplatte warm gehalten. So schmeckt er denn auch. Am Sonntag sind wir in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant zum Frühstück gewesen. Wir brauchten mal etwas Abwechslung.

+: Super location, great staff, a comfortable bed, a good breakfast, and parking next to the hotel. Recommendation for 3-5 days for a couple. You can order an excursion to Caldera at the hotel reception.
-: Hearty, good breakfast, but it would be nice to have more variety. Perhaps this would be good for people staying here for more than 5 days.
