One of our top picks in Oia.This 5-star hotel, with its traditional architecture and its multi-leveled terraces, perches from the cliff, overlooking the blue waters of the Aegean Sea and the dramatic volcano island.
The recently refurbished Kirini Santorini features additional luxury amenities, such as the new Spa and the pool area with not only lounges with sea view, but relaxing facilities carved into the cliff.
The recently redecorated suites offer a serene atmosphere, wooden floors, fluffy beds and luxury bath amenities. From every suite’s veranda, the views to the water-filled Caldera are mesmerizing.
Each suite has air conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial phone, safety deposit box, mini-bar, hair dryer, bathrobes, feather-filled pillows and luxurious bath amenities.
Kirini is located in Oia, just a short 15 minutes walk to the panoramic promenade. It is 30 minutes by car from the Santorini International Airport and the Athinios Port.

+: Schöne, saubere, ruhige und für Santorini geräumige Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Traumhaft schöne Anlage, die aber keine ersichtliche Abgrenzung zu Nachbarhotels und Appartments im Berg aufweist.
-: Beim Essen (Frühstück & Mittagessen) hatten wir von einem "Leading Hotel of the World" tatsächlich mehr erwartet - zumal auch die Preise leading sind. Die Qualität des Essens war ok, aber nicht leading. Ist die Buchungslage gut bzw. ist das Hotel ausgebucht, finden nicht alle Hotelgäste eine Liege mit Schirm am Pool, was zum vermeidbaren und der Kategorie unangebrachten "Liege-Reservieren" führte. Außerdem: Late-Check-Out kostet ein kleines Vermögen - also vorher mitbuchen!

+: The location of the property is amazing, the view spectacular and a few minutes walk to the center of Oia. The staff was exceptional, super professional and polite. The room spacious, clean and comfortable.

+: Vista maravilhosa. O quarto era bom mas o ar condicionado estava com defeito. Proximidade do centro. Staff atencioso. Piscina com visual muito bom.
-: O quarto tinha dois ambientes. Um deles estava com o ar quebrado. Colocaram um ventilador e nos ofereceram para mudar de quarto. Foram muito atenciosos. Ainda ofertaram um almoço. O café da manhã é servido à mesa. Achei um pouco demorado. Prefiro sistema buffet. Mas a comida é saborosa. No final tinha uma gorjeta de 20 euros no meu nome que não ofereci. Reclamei e tiraram da conta.

+: I like the breakfast, the bedroom and the staff
-: They don’t have Gym . The hotel needs to provide more sun beds , to have one you need to wake up before 7AM and leave some objects … otherwise they put their bags and you need to be seated in a breakfast table until other guests leave .
