The beachfront Kos Bay Hotel is right in the center of Kos Town and across the new Marina, just a 10 minute walk from the port. It features a lounge bar with satellite wide-screen TV and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or the mountains.

Bright and airy, the rooms at Kos Bay feature tile floors and are simply decorated with wood furnishings. Each unit has a direct dial telephone and a satellite TV. Air conditioning, electric kettle and fridge are standard.

Continental breakfast is served each day in buffet style. Later through the day, the lounge bar serves alcoholic drinks and refreshing beverages.

On the ground floor, there is a 24-hour front desk with safes available for rental. Car and bike rentals can be arranged by the staff. Taxi service is provided upon request.

Kos Marina, beach awarded with a blue flag, is easily reached, just 92 m away. Kos Bay Hotel is conveniently situated 20 m from the bus stop. Restaurants, bars, shops and mini markets are a 2 minute walk away. Kos port is just over a quarter mile from the hotel.

+: La posizione è buona per accedere alle spiagge, fronte mare e comunque a 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale di Kos City. La nostra camera era ampia e molto pulita, imbiancata di fresco.

-: La colazione piuttosto deludente. Arrivando dall'aeroporto, il bus ti lascia piuttosto lontano dalla zona in cui è situato l'hotel, quindi non l'ideale se si vuole soggiornare in un hotel comodo ai servizi pubblici. Anche il porto da cui partono i traghetti non è vicino, quindi se dovete imbarcarvi per altre isole occorre prendere un taxi.
