Built on a rise in Loutra of Agia Paraskevi, Koumaros Villas offer unique Aegean Sea and sunset views. The famous thermal baths of Agia Paraskevi are just a short drive away, while the nearest beach is 181 m away and can be reached via a private path. Free WiFi is provided.
Spread out in 3 levels, the accommodations is fitted with a seating area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and PS4. All units include a dining area and/or terrace. Opening to spacious terraces, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath, bathrobes, and slippers. Bed linen is offered. A private garden with BBQ, sundecks and shaded areas are included.
Koumaros Villas also includes a barbecue and a small communal pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Other facilities include a playground, ground chess, table tennis and fitness equipment.
Agia Paraskevi features an array of bars, seaside taverns, as well as a picturesque small port. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Siviri, hosting numerous concerts and theatrical plays in summer, is 16 mi away. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 64 mi from the property.

+: Im Kinderzimmer sind keine Klimaanlagen verbaut. Wir haben das gemeldet und uns wurde aus Entschädigung ein weiterer Ventilator gebracht! Das fand en wir sehr gut!

+: Manzara muhteşem. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Bahçe, balkon mobilyaları ve şezlonglar fazlasıyla var. Temiz ve gürültü yok, dinlenmek için çok ideal. Verilen bilgiler gayet tutarlı olduğundan süpriz ile karşılaşmadık. Her villanın kendine ait otoparkı olması gayet güzel.
-: 8 kişinin konaklayabileceği bir ev düşünüldüğünde mutfak araç gereçleri yeterli sayılmaz. Tesis yüksek bir yamaçta ve ana yoldan - deniz kenarından tesise erişim araba olmadan neredeyse imkansız. Bu konu detaylı olarak yazılmış olduğundan bizim için süpriz olmadı ama tesis buna bir çözüm bulsa iyi olur. Belki merdivenler tamir edilebilir. Check in için verilen 16:00 zaten geç ve biz ancak 17:00 dan sonra anahtarı alabildik. Bir oda hariç tüm odalarda klima vardı, keşke o odaya da klima taksalardı, çok iyi olurdu.

-: It would be good to find a way to deal with the ants (there were even in our bed) although it's something you can't influence directly, there are manners to keep it under control lees or more. The other thing is the geckos - in both bathrooms we came across geckos which, although harmless, brought turmoil to our family.And last - one of three bedrooms is not air conditioned. It is getting really hot there and we had to sleep in open door to cool it from the other bedroom at the floor and from the living room too.

+: Posizione fantastica con una vista mozzafiato. La piscina a sfioro con vista mare e’ stata una tappa giornaliera che non ci siamo persi un giorno! La struttura è molto bella, gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i confort, molto puliti e la pulizia è giornaliera. Lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile a tutte le ore. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il condizionatore e ci hanno cambiato lo split il giorno successivo, per essere ad agosto un servizio direi eccellente! Assolutamente consigliato! Noi torneremo!
