With an outdoor pool overlooking the Cretan Sea, Kounenos Apartments offers self-catered accommodations with a wonderful view over the bay. It is located on the hill of Istron-Kalo Chorio, 984 feet from the beach. Surrounded by a large garden and olive groves, each guest accommodations has a fully equipped kitchenette. Furnished in characteristic Cretan style, all units feature round wooden tables, stone floors and stone-built beds. Wi-Fi is free in the entire property. Kounenos Apartments is approximately 2953 feet from the village center. Agios Nikolaos is some 6.8 mi away. Free private parking is available, and guests can hire a car on site. Other free services include: at Voulisma beach our guests can relax at our privately owned beachfront space, equipped with comfortable deck chairs and umbrellas, and also park their cars in the adjacent privately owned area

+: Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie d'Aghios Nikolaos. Petit balcon privatif et accès direct à la piscine en contre-haut
-: La climatisation ne fait pas de froid mais brasse seulement l'air ambiant (dans la chambre parentale uniquement et dans notre logement). La nuit, c'est un four. Lumières extérieures qui ne fonctionnent pas. Insonorisation moyenne.

-: El check-in fue un desastre. Mala comunicación, tardan mucho en contestar los mensajes de booking o directamente no contestan. Tampoco me cogieron el teléfono. 30 min esperando. Lo peor es que el segundo día, el encargado entró en mi habitación sin llamar a la puerta y estaba tumbado en la cama recién salido de la ducha. Venía a arreglar la televisión. Dos horas después volví a escuchar sonido en mi puerta y de nuevo era el encargado que estaba probando si funcionaba una llave. Un desastre y muy incómodo todo. Cocina vieja y mal equipada. No repetiría por muy bonitas que sean las vistas y la piscina

+: I coudn't wish a more kind, helpful, patient host, than Jannis. He was just wonderful. He made everything for us to enjoy our vacation. The apartment was great, all of our needs was available, the view was spectacular. I recommend it for everyone.
