+: Villa mitoyenne situé à 100m de la plage et à quelques kilomètre à l'ouest de Chania, donc emplacement idéal au calme pour la visite de Chania et sa région (presqu'île de Balos notamment). Petite piscine très agréable ++ Petite terrasse, également très agréable pour le petit déjeuner

-: Pas de lampe de chevet et prises électriques insuffisantes dans l'une des 2 chambres, pas de rideau de douche dans les salles de bain

+: La struttura è bellissima confortevole e ci sono tutte comodità come Smart tv macchina per il caffè la piscina privata che è una vera comodità

+: Beautiful villa, superb location 5 mins from the beach with spacious living and bedrooms, ample wardrobes and a fantastic private pool (which we used often!)Excellent local restaurants within walking distance and 5 mins from the very good bus service (travel early) going West to Kissamos or East to Chania.The villa is fully air conditioned with easy to use control units which we liked very much.We didn't cook at the villa but there is a fully stocked kitchen should you with to. The hosts were exceptional, met us on (delayed) arrival, showed us around, arranged regular cleaning, trips, gave advice and provided a fridge full of delicious fruit. They really couldn't have done more to make our stay better and I would not hesitate to recommend this property.Thank you Argiris, we plan to book again!

-: Absolutely nothing, it was perfect. Spotlessly clean - and kept so regularly - no matter how much my female friend tried her best to make a mess.

+: The host was waiting for us, very welcoming, left us fruits and wine and olive oil, the house is great, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 balconies, 5 minutes walk from the sea. The beds are very comfortable, the house is air-conditioned. It is in a quiet place, which was perfect for us, but 5-10 minutes by car there are supermarkets, restaurants and beaches.
