+: Duże wygodne łóżko, pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Kuchnia mała ale znajduje się tam wszystko co potrzeba

-: Wieczorami dość głośno (odgłosy ulicy) w łazience przecieka prysznic. Po włączeniu wody śmierdzi z kanalizacji ale jeżeli ktoś był już na wyspach greckich to wie że to typowe.

+: Close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

-: This is definitely not a 4-star hotel It doesn't have 24h reception as advertised (we were told to call a mobile number if we need anything, and every time we passed by reception, there was no one there, except for when we checked in) and no shuttle option tofrom airport as advertised (we asked before arrival if this can be arranged, but were told that the hotel.doesn't provide this service). Also, the description on Booking stated that the air conditioning costs 5 eur per day; however, we were charged with 7 eur per day, and no receipt provided. We asked repeatedly for a "do not disturb " sign without luck and got it eventually from other hotel guests who did not need it. Turned out to be useless, as the Vietnamese cleaner did not speak English very well, and still knocked on the door, saying that she only wanted to check the floor towel. We managed to communicate with Google translate and explained to her that she shouldn't knock on the door when she saw the sign and tipped her 5 eur. She did help with other things but didn't enter to clean the room the next day, although we removed the "do not disturb" sign from the door.. The hotel is right in the centre of Alykanas, and it is not the right place if you want to relax and enjoy quiet time in the room.. The windows overlook either the busy high street or the courtyard and the pool where there was always music on during the day, or noisy guests during the evening, so we could hear everything in the room, even.with the door shut. Our window overlooked the street, but the acces was via an external corridor, and the door opened to the courtyard.

+: Posizione super strategica: a 8 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia sabbiosa se non ci si vuole spostare, supermercati, bar, ristoranti e vari negozi di souvenir. La zona è movimentata, ma non come quella del sud dell'isola La struttura è anche dotata di un proprio parcheggio e di una piscina.Il nostro appartamento era dotato di una cucina ed era molto spaziosa, con ampio balcone.Ogni giorno veniva fatta la pulizia della stanza e il ricambio della biancheria.Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo.La titolare ci ha dato la possibilità di poter rimanere qualche altra ora dopo il check out e questo è un servizio che nessuno garantisce.Quindi davvero top sotto tutti i punti di vista.
