One of our top picks in Malia.This beachfront complex in Malia has sea-view rooms, a swimming pool with hot tub and a snack bar with sea view. Parking and Wi-Fi are both free. Malia is a 10-minute walk.
La Playa offers spacious and comfortable studios and apartments with kitchenette with fridge.
The complex also provides a PS3 gaming console and a ping pong table. The pool bar area and beach is manned by a certified lifeguard and at night the hotel premises are guarded by a security guard and CCTV.
Guests can start their day with a continental breakfast. Barbecue facilities are also available.

+: Le rapport qualité prix est top, ce n'est pas un grand complexe et cela nous convient ! Nous avions la chambre au rez-de-chaussée au pied de la piscine et donc de la plage a 20m , à cette période c'était très agréable ! Le patron est très accueillant , discret ,aimable et serviable.La chambre était très bien , avec kitchenette. Les alentours à faire à pieds avec beaucoup de magasins , restaurants etc , très animé....

+: Lage perfekt, direkt am Strand. Freundlichkeit des Personals. Pool wurde jeden Abend gereinigt und auf den PH wert geachtet
-: wir haben eine Ferienwohnung für 3 Personen gebucht, was wir erhalten haben. Uns wurde ein viel kleineres Zimmer ohne drittes Bett, kein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett zugewiesen. Kühlschrank war defekt und es war nicht sehr einladent. Auf nachfragen, erhielten wir die Antwort, wir wären ja nur zu zweit. Wir sagten, dass wir aber für eine 3 Bett Ferienwohnung bezahlt haben. Daraufhin erhielten wir nach kurzer Wartezeit eine andere Ferienwohnung. Diese entsprach immer noch nicht der Ferienwohnung, die wir gebucht hatten, da diese bereits anderweitig vergeben war. Preisleistungsverhältnis für diese Unterkunft zu teuer.

+: Incantevole albergo a conduzione familiare, situato in una posizione strategica: ampia piscina, spiaggia proprio di fronte (gestita privatamente con un piccolo supplemento per l’uso del lettino) e un ristorante accogliente all'interno della struttura. La nostra camera si affacciava direttamente sulla piscina, una vera comodità. L’hotel è in una posizione centrale, circondato da ristoranti e bar. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, permettendoci di lasciare le valigie e di continuare a usare la piscina e i servizi anche dopo il checkout.
-: La piscina chiude un po' presto, il che è un peccato per chi ama fare un bagno serale. Ma per il resto, tutto è stato perfetto!
