-: The accommodation is very old, it may be that many of the rooms have been renovated, but we didn't get to enjoy it! Our room was very poorly "renovated"! Ants everywhere, in our bed, in our daughter's bed, in our clothes. After rain, the room was wet. The cleaning staff hardly cleaned at all, only changed towels when asked, and even after asking several times to clean the room, it was never done very sporadically! Complaining to reception didn't help! Water bottles were also "forgotten". Sanitary facilities on site (except in the lobby) were functional but very broken, so no door could be locked, neither at the pool nor on the beach, not to mention the cleanliness! The staff (except at reception) didn't speak English, which isn't a big deal, but it should be enough to order a drink with your meal, not the case! I would like to say that I'm not someone who complains quickly and here too I tried to raise my tolerance level, but it is and remains simply bad! I'm sorry! There was an absolutely exceptional situation at Greek Easter (I know, not an everyday situation). The hotel had a huge party and therefore exceeded the hotel's capacity so much that - just imagine this on an all-inclusive holiday - we went to bed hungry because it was simply not possible to eat, let alone get a seat! All in all, it was the worst holiday in Greece we have ever had!
