Le buffet est très variés et les saveurs sont top!!!La plage n'est pas tout à fait à proximité de l'hôtel il faut marche de 5 à 10 minutes, et la plage n'est pas très clean il y avait beaucoup de morceau de bois au abord de l'eau sur plusieurs centaines de mètres.Sinon à part ça je trouve que l'hôtel mérite 5 étoile.

+: The Sentido Amounda Bay Hotel offers good value for the money, with excellent facilities. You can choose from three different pools, each with its own unique atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and room service was provided daily.The hotel also has a tennis court available for booking free of charge, with equipment available to borrow from reception. The view from the court was amazing during sunset. It wasn’t really used by guests during our stay, and the hotel doesn’t seem to promote it, but I see it as a great bonus—perfect for spending some fun time with your travel companions.The all-inclusive food was decent, though it lacked variety over time.The beach is a short walk from the hotel, offering free sunbeds and a private beach bar as part of the all-inclusive package, though the selection is smaller compared to the pool bar.The location is okay, though there isn’t much within walking distance. However, a bus stop right outside the hotel provides easy access to Heraklion, the airport, and other areas.
-: I strongly criticize the hotel's handling of sunbed reservations. Guests reserve sunbeds by placing towels on them early in the morning, even though they do not return for several hours. Despite multiple signs and a notice in the room manual stating that staff will remove unattended towels, the hotel and its staff appear indifferent and do not seem to care, which negatively impacts the overall guest experience and service.

+: Das Hotel war sauber. Das Abend- und Mittagessen war gut. Das Personal war nett. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Ruhige Lage.
-: Wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten im Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Waschbecken im Bad war viel zu niedrig. Aufgrund technischer Probleme gab es ein Problem und wurden einen Tag vor Ankunft informiert, dass sie kein Zimmer frei hätten. Darum buchte uns das Hotel für die erste Nacht ein anderes Hotel. Im Gegenzug durften wir nach Check out länger im Zimmer bleiben. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig und das Wasser im Restaurant schmeckt ein wenig nach Chlor.
