+: We enjoyed the private pool. Initially we were given a terrible family room which was old, super tight and claustrophobic- it looked nothing like the one we booked online. After complaining to guest relations, they corrected the mistake and we were taken to the correct room which was new, spacious and much more comfortable. The children enjoyed the water slides and the magic show on one of the nights.
-: The common areas of the hotel, the walkways and hallways were in terrible condition, old and needing maintenance. The unsightly Air conditioning compressors are visible throughout the hotel. Getting around the hotel is not easy. To access the activity pool, one has to walk through dark hallways, climb up narrow staircases and go through badly maintained areas. Getting to the relax pool means you have to cross a main road where cars are zooming by fast - not safe when you are moving around with children. Having a main road cut through the ‘resort’ in half just doesn’t feel right either.

+: chambre avec piscine privée, le top si on veut être au calme restauration de qualité et bons cocktails, très variés animation internationale sympathique ( même si nous n'avons pas beaucoup participé en raison des distances) personnel en général très agréable et disponible
-: hôtel beaucoup trop étendu et en dénivelé ( pas toujours évident de se rendre de la plage à l'amphithéatre par exemple d'un bout à l'autre de l'hôtel). La plage est grande mais vraiment pas jolie ( style "Marmara"), avec des transats suffisants en nombre mais pas très confort et petits parasols ( n'oubliez pas vos chaussures de baignade car beaucoup de galets)

-: חוסר ניקיון בבריכות. מוחלט . פשוט מזבלה אחת גדולה אוכל טעון שיפור אבל אפשר להסתדר החדרים די ישנים הטלפונים לא עובדים בחדרים. בשום חדר לא ניתן לחייג לקבלההמזגנים בקושי עובדים כי היפילטרים סתומים.הצוות בקושי מדבר באנגלית ומתנהגים כמו שוקיסטים
