+: Ottima posizione se si ha la macchina, ma anche senza, visto che la zona è servita dall'autobus, con vari ristoranti in zona e supermercati. Staff cordiale, appartamento abbastanza grande.

-: Mancava qualche utensile in cucina, bagno abbastanza piccolo da rinnovare, e ho trovato qualche capello quando sono arrivato. Ed il cuscino non era molto comodo

+: Einfaches Einchecken und auschecken. Schönes großes Zimmer. Durch eine Stein-Trennwand von der Küchenzeile getrennt. Lange Terrasse mit Stühlen und Wäscheständer. Gut platzierter Fernseher. Klimaanlage hat ihren Job sehr gut gemacht. Freundliches Personal und Gastgeber.

-: Keine Information über die Inbetriebnahme der Elektronik durch das Magnetkartensystem. Beim Nachfragen bei den Gastgebern, wurde uns das System sowie das abschließen der Tür knapp und mit einem unfreundlichen Ton erklärt. Die Rezeption ist nur BIS 15 Uhr besetzt, Anreise und Einchecken aber erst AB 15 Uhr gewünscht. Funktioniert hat nur die kleine von zwei Herdplatten. Besteck war dreckig. Der Wasserhahn sehr verkalkt, und teilweise Schimmel neben der Spüle. Zum spülen wurde uns ein Schwamm bereitgelegt, aber kein Spülmittel.In den Schränken mit dem Geschirr und Töpfen roch es modrig und alt.Aussicht auf einen Hinterhof mit großer Lagerhalle und LKW Verkehr. Fotos von unserem Apartment gab es kein einziges. Eine wirklich sehr kleine Sitzbadewanne in der das Duschen sehr ungemütlich ist. Es gibt keinen Duschvorhang, weshalb das kleine Bad sehr nass wird.Beim Einchecken war die Klobrille nass und zwischen der Badewanne und Toilette war es klitschnass. Beim Verlassen des Apartments geht leider die Klimaanlage aus und man kommt in ein sehr warmes Zimmer zurück. WLan war sehr schwach bis gar nicht vorhanden.Ein Safe ist zwar vorhanden, es gab aber keinen Schlüssel dazu.

+: Velocità check in e check out e pulizia ogni giorno molto precisa, aria condizionata, struttura funzionale alla vita da spiaggia.

-: Bagno un po' antiquato da ristrutturare, piccola stanza. Struttura più antiquata rispetto alle foto rappresentate su booking. tavolo in sala difficilmente utilizzabile per la sua funzione.

+: We had a wonderful stay at Louladakis Apartments. The guys at the reception were awesome, we were able to check in a bit earlier which was great, he gave us some great tips and tricks, always there to help and answer all our questions and very polite and helpful. They were able to give us beach umbrellas to use them while we were there, the ladies who were cleaning our rooms were very cheerful and polite, the rooms were very clean, we had a drying rack on the balcony and the AC was very nice. The building has an elevator too, which was very surprising but useful for elderly people maybe or if you have many luggages. There is a jacuzzi on the last floor, we didn’t use it but the view from there is amazing at night, it is a nice addition. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, and recommend with our whole hearts. By the way, i saw in reviews others complaining about the noise from the 2 restaurants across the building, we didn't hear any noise, it was very peaceful at night so no need to worry about that, and we were there during the high season I would say in August. Many thanks to everyone at the Louladakis! We've had a very pleasant stay there!
