-: Good evening, I appreciate you finally changing your tone towards a more benevolent one, since it was never me and my family’s intention to create an argument. I believe that as paying customers we have a right to be upset when our expectation’s weren’t met and your response to our questions was outright aggressive and not at all understanding. You can understand that it is absurdity to sell two rooms with the same area, once as a double bedroom and once as a studio, which is supposedly suitable for 4 adults. Before you argue that the age of the guests isn’t specified, on Booking’s website you can clearly specify if one or more of the guests is going to be a child. Not only did my daughter and I travel all the way from the United States to come to Halkidiki, but my whole family, has made the effort to bring my 78 year old mother here, since it was her dream to return to Greece and this may be her last holiday ever. You must understand our frustration when we realized that my 78 year old mother and 16 year old niece will have to share a bunker bed right next to my sister’s and her husband’s bed in a room that is the exact same size as me and my daughter’s double room. And not only is selling two identical rooms as something different completely unacceptable, but your attitude did not mirror our calmness and wish to find a solution to our problem. However, I am willing to accept your suggestion and will like to know where do you suggest fitting a single bed and do you think the room could be used after adding that bed? Moreover, this email and our whole future correspondence will be shared with my lawyer.
