+: Beautiful villa, very clean and tidy, and very welcoming hosts with great recommendations for the local area. The property was well equipped and felt very safe.

-: The neighbours dogs were quite loud and would bark in the middle of the night, and the bathrooms smelt a bit due to the drainage.

+: Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick auf Land und Meer. An die anfliegenden Flugzeuge gewöhnt man sich langsam. Wir hatten eine Auto gemietet. Der Garten mit dem schönen Pool war ideal auch für unseren Enkel. Wir konnten bis 15.00 Uhr im Haus bleiben, weil unser Flug erst spät ging.

-: Die Küchenaustattung war etwas spärlich und sehr veraltet. Zum Beispiel gab es keine kleinen Schüsseln, nur eine große Schüssel, nur 4 kleine Löffel. Die Kaffeemaschine ist wahrscheinlich uralt, es dauerte ewig bis der Kaffee fertig war. Die gezeigte Außenküche war so nicht vorhanden und nicht nutzbar. Es was muffig darin. Im Bad war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken undicht, sodass wir eine Handtuch herumlegen mussten. Das hatte nichts mit Luxusvilla gemein. Es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Wir hätten dies alles persönlich bei der Abnahme gesagt und gezeigt, aber es erschien niemand.

+: The pool and outdoor kitchen area was amazing. Great views from garden. Very private. Magdalena was a fantastic host, she advised local information and was on hand to book excursions and taxis for us. Air con in bedrooms was great. Property was easy to find and located 5 minute drive from Gouves town. We requested the host to advise if the Villa could be ready for an earlier check in which they did and they allowed a 1 hr later check out which was helpful to us.

-: On arrival we were all very happy with the Villa but within a very short period of time we found a number of faults with the Villa which made us realise this was not luxurious accommodation. The Villa sleeps 6 (there was 4 of us), although there was a cabana outside there’s only 3 sun loungers. The guttering was partly missing from outdoor area, glass balustrade was badly cracked, steps into pool loose, tiles around door of downstairs WC not completed, no lock on same door, no bulbs in lamp, only one bedside unit in double bedroom. Not enough supplies (toilet roll, bin bags, hand soap in wc etc) for the duration of our stay. There is no attention to detail therefore we struggled to see why it’s described as luxurious. It was not worth what we paid to stay there but with some money and time spent on the villa it could be great.

+: Pěkná lokalita,pěkný bazén a posezení u bazénu.Prijemne spaní. Pěkné vybavení vily .Dobrá komunikace s majiteli.

-: Na fotkách vypadá, že má vila větší místnosti a lepší zařízení. Bylo nás 5 dospělých a pro více dospělých lidi by to bylo nepohodlné. Jedno WC je umístěno takřka v kuchyni,vedle kuchynske linky za drevenymi dvirky ,takže ho skoro nikdo nepoužíval .Vila má pouze 1 sprchovací kout a jedno WC v 1.patre.

+: הוילה הייתה מדהימה, נוף משוגע, מתקנים ברמה ונקיון מעולה. אנשי הצוות היו נחמדים מאוד
