+: Le personnel à l’écoute et très investie, la chambre et surtout le coin piscine avec le restaurant

-: Notre première chambre avec le bruit des voitures et de la Clim mais le personnel a été à l’écoute et nous avons changer de chambre.

-: La chambre que nous avons reçue était dans un état déplorable.Le ménage de la chambre est tout simplement une catastrophe:- les draps du lit n'ont pas été lavés et des traces se trouvent sur les deux côtés du matelas- des traces blanches et saleté sur le canapé- poils, poussière et cheveux sur le sol et sous le lit- toilettes non désinfectées et sales à notre arrivée- moisissures et traces d'insectes écrasées sur le mur et plafond- fissures dans le mur- prises électriques dangereuses et poussieuses.Cet hôtel semble abonné et n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4*.

+: Tout était parfait : la piscine, les repas sont super bon , le personnel est superbe, toujours souriant et d’une gentillesse incroyable.

-: Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer c’est dommage car cela gâche l’image de l’hôtel qui est vraiment fabuleux
