+: Rania was an excellent host, with great communication throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean with a modern contemporary feel. Great location for the beach and local restaurants. Chania old town was a 15-20 minute walk, and well worth a visit. We would definitely stay here again.

+: Sentralt. Grei betjening.

-: Første etasje med bakhage. Her var det mye bråk av alle varmepumpene og det dryppet vann fra dem og ned til oss. Hadde bare en natt. Skal du bo her bør du ha leilighet med balkong. Da får du det utmerket. Vi må ha det om vi skal bo her en uke. Fantastisk sentralt til alt. Strand,restauranter i Nea Chora, butikk,bakeri og til gamlebyen.

+: Posizione eccellente con affaccio sulla spiaggia!

-: Forse il monolocale situato al piano terra con vista terrazza non dà giusta privacy. Qualcosa da rivedere sulla pulizia.

+: La struttura è accogliente e molto curata, soprattutto negli spazi comuni. La camera, piuttosto grande e con un cucinino, è dotata di tutti I comfort, molto comodo il letto. Lo staff molto gentile: nonostante un problema di salute della responsabile, abbiamo ricevuto sempre assistenza tramite whatsapp. Molto comodo il balcone con sedie, tavolino e uno stendipanni, visibile anche il mare. Ottima la posizione, a dieci minuti dal centro che si raggiunge con una passeggiata sul lungomare. Si può trovare parcheggio in strada piuttosto facilmente, anche sotto l' hotel.

-: Qualche piccola trascuratezza non in linea con il livello della struttura ed il prezzo, come la doccia poco funzionante.
