+: Nicely refurbished hotel, spacious rooms, large common areas and great pool facilities.

-: For a large hotel, it appeared a bit understaffed during the days when we stayed. As a result some services were a bit slow and some facilities were closing early.

+: Nothing - I would never stay here again. The staff were however lovely people and very helpful at the Reception but the cleaning staff were unfriendly. The location was accessible to many local restaurants but not high quality food. Was a good place to stay if you have a dog which was the reason we picked it.

-: So many things didn't meet the bar - (1) The beds were creaky to lay on and worn out mattresses (2) The bathrooms were so old and the shower handle kept falling down - it was impossible to have a decent shower - everything was so old and outdated. (3) The hair dryer was held together with a zip tie and the towels were so worn out (4) You have to pay a 20 Euros refundable deposit PER TOWEL at the front desk if you want to go to the pool - completely ridiculous and have never seen this before in all our travels around the world. (5) The breakfast that is included was so atrociously bad - stale bread, pancake machine not working - it would have been much better to not offer a breakfast.
