+: Das Hotel war sehr schön, allerdings ziemlich groß. Wir waren zu Beginn der Saison da, so dass das Hotel noch nicht so voller Gäste war. Die ganze Anlage und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

-: Zum Ende unseres Urlaubs füllte sich das Hotel mit Gästen. Im Speiseraum war es dann leider während der Essenszeiten ziemlich laut, so dass man sich nicht so gut unterhalten konnte.

+: Good for the kids

-: Staff at the beach were not pleasant, couldn’t ask anything. I had to go and serve myself

+: A beautiful looking hotel with great pool areas and beach, with water sports and good bars. Beach side food is average and comes in disposable takeaway boxes. Lovely staff and generous with using a courtesy room for late check out.

-: Such a shame…- Rooms have tired and small shower areas (small for one adult)- Not all restaurants are included - feels backwards for an all inclusive! We ate breakfast and dinner in the same restaurant, which is packed and full of screaming children (would have been better to have child and non- child zones)- lack of activities; we stayed FridaySunday, and found that certain boat trips were on Tuesday and Thursday, the next run club was Monday, wine tasting was Thursday etc etc. would have been nice to have activities on through out the day.- Aircon only goes to 20 degrees and rooms are poorly soundproofed (could hear our neighbour showering)It wasn’t a bad stay, it just didn’t deliver on some basic areas and I wouldn’t rush to recommend to others. The main grievance is around foodrestaurants and being constantly surrounded by small children at meal times.

+: Good facilities, clean, good restaurants (specially recommended "Celeste") the artificial beach is very nice and convinient, and the animation staff (Mary and Katy) are really friendly.

-: We had several issues, but it can be summarized by one word DISORGANIZED, asking where an event will happen or at what time will have a different answer depending if you ask at reception, to other personnel or looking at the app, several times I had an activity booked at for example 5 pm to find out it was actually going to start at 7 pm. For the kids club I asked on reception if booking was required as it asks for an additional charge on the app to book, the answer was that it was not required to book, just to find out the day after that the booking was not only required but that as I didn't it "late" I was on waiting list for the rest of the week, so every time I went to the kids club I had to wait for 15-20 minutes to see if there would be space for my daughter, the personnel was polite, but the experience itself was unpleasant.Regarding the kids club, I choose the hotel specifically looking for a place with a good kids club, and the experience was below my expectations, in another hotels there are several activities planned with the kids including, explore the hotel, sports, etc, in this case the kids just stayed in the club painting or doing handcrafts, which is good for some days but not all the time.Last, some of the personnel was particularly rude, not necessarily being aggressive but for sure the client service could be improved.

+: Friendly & Professional Staff. Quiet & well located beach area. The food at the A la Carte Restaurants (breakfast. lunch & dinner) Quality of the wine choices and branded spirits. Choice of sunbathing areas and pools

-: The main restaurant was overly busy and staff under pressure. Quality & choice of food was not on the the same level as the other restaurants. One of the a la carte restaurants was closed for refurbishment Sauna and Steam room were not functioning.
