+: Exceptionnel ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre au deuxième étage vue mer directe. Balcon et appartement très spacieux. Parking au pied de l'hôtel et la plage également. Calme, propre et les petits déjeuners étaient copieux, diversifiés et très bons. Le personnel est discret et très gentil. A la sortie de Panormos , donc hors zone touristique mais non loin de tout (restaurants, boutiques et supermarché). Je le recommande vivement !!!!

-: THE ROOM WAS FULL OF MOLD!! THE WC HAD NEITHER VENTILATION, NOR A WINDOW SO MOLD HAS BEEN CREATED AND THE SMELL WAS UNBEARABLE ALL OVER THE ROOM! MOLD IS VERY DANGEROUS FOR HUMAN HEALTH AND ALTHOUGH THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE, THEY STILL PROVIDE IT INSTAED OF FIXING IT!! THEY ARE DANGEROUS. PLUS THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO REFUND ME IN TOTAL! THEIR ATITUDE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. SO SORRY, THEY ARE AN EXAMPLE OF SHAME FOR THE ACCOMODATION IN CRETE.

+: Location is perfect.Very friendly staff. It’s clean and good value for money.
-: In high season find it bit weird that air conditioning was not included in the price. We only found out late at night and did not want to bother to make it work. Luckily room was cool enough to have proper sleep.
