+: У цьому готелю моїй родині сподобалося абсолютно все. По-перше, коли бронювали цей готель, ми попросили заселити нас якомога раніше визначеного часу, адже наша дорога була дуже довгою і виснажливою. По прибуттю в готель, на стійці реєстрації нас зустріла дуже привітна та чуйна працівник готелю, яка з радістю повідомила, що наші номери вже готові. Наші номери були у новому корпусі готелю. У номері було дуже число, а головне там є все необхідне, від чайника, холодильника, телевізора та фена аж до дошки для прасування і сейфа для зберігання цінних речей. Що стосується харчування, їжа дуже і дуже смачна, тому велика подяка кухарям, які так добре готовули для нас та інших гостей кожного дня. Персонал готелю був завжди люб'язним та завжди с усмішкою на обличчі. Враховуючи все вищесказане, ми безперечно радимо цей готель для сімейного відпочинку і колись обов’язково повернемося!

-: La musica al ristorante sempre uguale e ad alto volume e la cannella nel sugo della pasta tutti i giorni

+: personale accogliente e gentilissimo bella struttura anche se una parte da rimodernare mentre l altra molto bellarapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

-: manca un po' di animazione serale visto che è in una posizione scomoda ai locali

+: punto strategico per la maggior parte delle attrazioni dell’isola , quasi tutte raggiungibili con uno scooter .

-: materassi scomodi che non hanno permessoun vero e proprio riposo , non quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. Buffet pranzo e cena ripetitivo con pochissime pietanze tipiche .

+: Mi è stata assegnata una camera in un ala evidentemente nuova o ristrutturata. La camera era spaziosa, moderna, paragonabile ad alcuni 5 stelle in cui ho aggiornato. Il bagno nuovissimo tutto piastrellato in gres, con angolo doccia a pavimento. La camera era anche piu bella di quelle pubblicizzate su booking o altri noti siti di recensioni!

-: L'insonorizzazione delle camere rispetto ai corridoi era carente: qualsiasi voce nei corridoi è molto udibile nelle camere. Il servizio ristorazione era carente sia a colazione che a cena. La colazione "dolce" presenta sempre le stesse 56 scelte tutte le mattine, e la caffetteria è fondamentalmente una macchina fai da te. La cena self service è costituita da: un tavolo con una decina di opzioni per assemblare un insalata fai da te, due o tre opzioni di primo mantenuto caldo, due o tre opzioni di secondo mantenuto caldo, frutta, tre tipologie di dolce. In generale la qualità della ristorazione è mediocre per un 4 stelle.

+: We liked the pool area and the fact that our room was split into two sections. One for the kids and the other for us. The salad and ice cream buffet was awesome.

-: Well, we did not expect much from the food at a Greek four star quite old hotel, but still the food was not good. Sometimes we had to struggle to find some decent meat or fish. We also informed the hotel well in advance that one of us in on a strict gluten free diet. They answered that it is not a problem but we we arrived at the hotel it was a problem and it took them two days before they started to prepare something without gluten.

+: chambre spacieuse avec grande salle de bain. le personnel est très gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. hôtel calme et très belle piscine et très propre

-: la qualité des repas toujours les mêmes
