+: Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα όπως το βλέπεις στις φωτό, ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρή πισίνα και αρκετά μεγάλη για τα παιδιά, θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα!

-: L’odeur d égout dans les toilette salle de bain

+: L'emplacement est top : près d'un petit village et des commerces. Belle vue sur la mer !

-: L'appropriation des transats à la piscine : les vacanciers déposent dès le matin et pour toute la journée, leur serviette sur les transats même s'ils n'y restent pas. De ce fait, difficile de trouver des transats libres.

+: Location was superb, and close to three villages full of places to eat, shop and drink at. Rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh towels and sheets every 2 days. The views from our 2 junior suites were beautiful! Air conditioning was fantastic. Staff very friendly and reception very informative and helpful. Breakfast was good with everything you would want including fresh fruit but might have been nice if it had some surprises over the two weeks as it is the same every day. The 3 pools are all different and we enjoyed all 3...the top pool had pretty views and a quiet family feel, the large pool was beautiful with comfy sun loungers and pool bar but could get very busy at times with balls, and floats etc but our favourite was the bottom pool with a fab pool bar, offering lovely smoothies and food and very funny staff! The grounds are kept well maintained and are very pretty. It is up hill to the top rooms...not a lot in distance but gives the legs a good work out, so need to bear that in mind. We used the spa for some lovely massages, facials and treatments and Maria was excellent, very friendly and made our holiday extra special. Lastly they have fantastic weighing scales in reception to weigh your suitcases at the end of your trip - very useful and reassuring after buying lots of lovely things to take home.

-: Not a lot to mention, perhaps a few surprises with breakfast over the 2 weeks rather than it be exactly the same each day....but it does have a lot of varied things to choose from and is tasty. You need to be up to get a sunbed in a good spot around the pools by 8.308.45am each day as people do leave towels and unfortunately if you don't do the same you will miss out.

+: De dames die elke ochtend het huis schoonmaken en de bedden opmaken doen net dat kleine beetje extra's waar je blij van wordt. De ligging van de village was ook fantastisch.

-: Helemaal niks op het complex maar ik vond wel dat in de steden en dorpen heel veel zwerfafval ligt en dat is jammer voor de algemene indruk van een prachtig eiland als Kreta.

+: Pool area kept clean & tidy. Pool bar staff very good. Room kept clean, plenty of cleanTowels etc. Aircon worked & no extra cost.Safe box in room.
