-: O ar condicionado não funcionou durante toda a estadia, Wi-Fi no quarto tem um custo extra e o gerente da cozinha e do hotel são extremamente grossos e mal educados, tivemos problema com o ar condicionado e reclamamos todos os dias e nenhuma solução foi dada até o final da nossa estadia. Péssima administração.

+: Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl beim Essen und es schmeckt gut. Die Pools und die Liegen bieten ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste und sind für Jung und Alt geeignet. Die Zimmer werden gut sauber gemacht.
-: Es gibt keinen Spielplatz für die Kinder (dort wurde eine neue Arena gebaut) und der Spielraum im Gebäude ist ziemlich dunkel. Die Getränke an den Bars - auch in der Lobby - werden in Plastik- bzw. Pappbechern ausgegeben, was einfach viel Müll produziert. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein.
