+: I enjoyed Minoa Palace..great breakfast, clean surroundings felt safe as 247 reception..very important as we drove 2hrs from Hraklion airport. Andreas at reception checked us in and out..pleasant experience always with a smile. There was parking for a loan car at no extra cost. Pool is AMAZING and pool staff attentive. Breakfast buffet caters for all tastes..felt full till dinner.

+: The experience of staying in Minoa Palace resort was simply outstanding! The facilities, the services and above all, the personnel, made our stay one of the most amazing experiences when it comes to summer vacation! We travelled for the first time with our baby which was 8 months old, and they made everything so easy for us, being always there to help us, to find solutions for us, and always with a huge smile on everyone’s face! Totally recommend it!

+: I really like the wine testing menu at the sea side restaurant and the setup at the sea sidebeach. Friendly service and a special relaxed environment. The rooms were really comfy, open büfe for breakfast and dinner was great! We have received another gift every day, thank you!!
-: Toilets at the beach side could be cleaner and small renovations here and there. The pool close to reception could be more clean. However, these are small details.

+: Náš pobyt v Minoa Palace Resort bol úžasný, všetko bolo dokonalé. Veľmi čisté voňavé izby, vybavenie izieb, každý deň sme mali všetko nové, čisté klobúk dole. Úžasná lokalita, výborný bazén, pláž, ktoré vždy boli čisté, žiadne odpadky a milí personál. Ďakujeme zvlášť recepčním ktoré boli vždy ochotné a milé.
