+: Almost everything! We especially valued the ample space on the beautiful hotel grounds. It is never crammed with people and there is lot of privacy for each guest. The personnel is absolutely great, exceptionally friendly (in a natural way), forthcoming and competent. The breakfast buffet was the best ever! You can also clearly see the difference from not being part of a hotel chain.
-: Only the bathroom in our room (in the main building) soon needs a renovation, but everything was working.

+: L'hôtel date de 1963 (c'est le plus vieil hôtel de luxe de Crète) mais a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût dans un style minimaliste superbe mais au top de la technologie qui l'intègre au mieux dans le jardin méditerranéen auquel il s'insère. Il jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle avec plus de 2km de front de mer et cela en proximité immédiate d'Agios Nikolaos sans pour autant troubler sa sérénité. Des oeuvres d'art contemporain jalonnent nos pas partout sur le site. La nourriture est par ailleurs excellente y compris les buffets. Le service est irréprochable avec une grande élégance du personnel (je pèse mes mots). L'endroit est particulièrement inspirant. Un des meilleurs hôtels qu'il m'ait été donné de fréquenter si ce n'est le meilleur, en Grèce tout du moins !
