+: Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό και φιλόξενο!!! Πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο και άνετα τα κρεβάτια, το πρωινό θαυμάσιο με πολλές επιλογές για μικρούς και μεγάλους και πεντακάθαρη πισίνα!! Πραγματικά άριστο!! Θα ξανά μέναμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!!

+: I was with my son for a week and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Thanos (owner), his family and also the cleaning team, were the nicest, warmest people ever. They were happy to help with everything we needed and very respectful in every way. My son was super happy about the facility, especially about the pool and gym. Thanos takes care of every detail, allowing guests to rest and relax during their stay. Mitos Village is near to old Hersonissos (with great taverns and local shops), located in a very quiet area. Hotel is spotless, breakfast delicious, various and for sure you won’t complain. I wish them the best and hope we will visit them soon.

+: Location of the hotel was perfect for us. A 20-25 minute walk to the beach (10 euro taxi fare to get back). Hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the centre of town which has many decent tavernas, a great bakery and a couple of bars and coffee shops. The town is busy but not loud - good for families. Hotel pool was great - sun loungers were comfortable and the hotel provided pool towels. Along with the pool towels, the hotel rooms came with bath robes, slippers and toiletries which was a nice touch. Our room was quiet, with good sized and comfortable beds Wifi wasn't great inside our room but worked well on the balcony (and was excellent by the pool and bar area). The hotel was spotlessly clean. Absolutely no hesitation about returning again.

-: The pillows were quite small and thin - I think some people may struggle with just the single one provided on each bed. Understandable as there were so many options to eat within a short walk but maybe a limited snack menu in the bar by the pool is an option the hotel could consider?

+: Es un hotel familiar, tranquilo. La piscina estaba bastante bien. Se puede ir caminando a la zona de restaurantes. Buen desayuno.

-: Nos dieron una habitación en un bajo y no podíamos abrir las cortinas porque todo el mundo pasaba por delante y no teníamos intimidad. Las habitaciones necesitan una buena reforma, mobiliario y decoración muy anticuada. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y la cortina de plástico de la ducha con hongos olía mal. Pedimos una toalla para la piscina y nos dijeron que solo era para los que se quedaban más noches, si yo tuviera un hotel no haría algo así...🤦🏻‍♀️

+: La piscina

-: El personal, me obligaron a pagar en efectivo 42€ de tasas que ya tenia pagadas en efectivo, sino no me daban las llaves, y tube que estar reclamando tres dias seguidos para que me las devolviera el director del hotel. Encima cuando porfin consegui que me devolvieran mis 42€ en efectivo cobrados injustamente porque estan claramente incluidos en el pago a booking tal y como le mostre, me dije que elimine el mensaje que les envie a traves de booking solicitando la devolucion de los 42€ y la solicitud de una sarten que me habian negado para cocinar (el cual podeis ver que todavia esta por que me contesten). Ademas en el buffet para los desayunos que abre de 8 a 10 horas, ademas de ser escaso dejan de reponer a las 9:45 horas aunque se lo pidas y a las 10 horas cierran la puerta para que nadie pueda coger nada mas. Nos quisimos cambiar de mesa porque nos daba el sol y el director del hotel de malas formas le dijo a mi mujer que regresara a su mesa y a mi a las 10:02 me hecho del buffet cuando estaba cogiendo el cafe del termo. La verdad, me he sentido estafado en lo que me ha parecido una practica habitual a estafa de las tasas y muy ruin el tema de desayuno.

+: La propreté de l'appartement Le petit déjeuner

-: 1 - A l'arrivée, la réceptionniste nous demande de régler en cash sinon pas de chambre. Bizarrement devant notre refus et lorsque nous l'avons menacer d'appeler Booking, son lecteur de CB refonctionnait. 2 - Nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon et kitchenette et l'hôtel nous attribué une chambre avec terrasse à partager avec le voisin sans kitchenette et de plus le frigo ne fonctionnait pas puisque lorsque nous enlevions la carte, il s’arrêtait. La même réceptionniste nous a dit que c'était normal ! c'est une première ! 3 - Lors de notre réservation, la taxe gouvernementale était compris dans le prix. Lors de notre arrivée, la même réceptionniste nous demande de payer en plus 21 euros supplémentaires.

-: The metress was too hard, the pillow feels empty, I asked for another pillow but I got an answer that the hotel is full and there is no more pillow
