+: Staff were wonderful. Pool and poolside barrestaurant were also lovely.

-: Cramped, dated rooms. Clutter on the dressing table (old style TV on a big plastic base), shower curtain instead of glass, tiny bathroom. Service at breakfast was slow and the dinner menu was limited.

+: The hotel is beautifully situated on its own beach, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. The pool and poolside bar are luxurious, and the dining is spectacular, with a generous buffet, and every meal a sumptuous event. The staff, without exception, are helpful and friendly, with special mention for our wonderful waitress, Daria.

-: we hated having to leave.

+: Beautiful location, option of using the pool or private beach, plenty of comfortable loungers. Great choices at breakfast including 'fresh from the hive' honey and an egg station. Ample parking space.

-: It's a worldwide problem but the beach had so many pieces of plastic, I did a collection every day but maybe something the hotel could look at doing. Far too many broken tiles around the resort, just about every handrail fitted had cracked the tile and they'd just been bodged. Our bathroom had rust affected fittings and no seal on the shower glass so water got everywhere. The gym had broken and unsafe equipment. The rates for a late checkout are higher than anywhere else I've stayed in the world.

+: The Staff were exceptional . The hotel felt very private with excellent swimming pool and private beach access. The breakfast and dinners were top top quality . Specially th dinners with high quality food available

-: We felt the rooms were a bit dated and could have had more modern shower facilities. Only had 2 electrical sockets in the room, however the hotel provided extension leads . These are minor points as the positives far outwighed the recommendations mentioned.

+: Lovely stay at Mitsis Memories, everyone was very helpful and we felt right at home. Never felt over crowded and the food and drinks were excellent.We loved the private beach and swam in the clearest water ever.
