+: Amazing hotel! And what makes it so amazing is the people who work there. I travel a lot and a lot of hotels don’t have a heart but this one full filled with love to the guests. I have noticed that everybody tried so hard to do their job and they did it not because they must but because they love what they do.Reception guys everyone is great and helpful, i had to deal with different shifts. The Manager Olga will sort out all of your requests in seconds, helps to find the best solution even for not happy guests , oh i have seen them walking away happy).Concierge -Viola, Guest Relations -Zilia as well always there to help. Funny, professional, kind, polite, friendly people with big hearts. I cant remember all the names of the people whom i met or had to communicate with otherwise i would name absolutely everyone for an outstanding service. The workers of the bars, restaurants, beach club, housekeeping, luggage guys, gardener’s etc are all great!!!! Theres a very smiley bar attendant at the beach bar who was even icing my Proseco glasses ☝🏻😁I have seen few reviews people complaining on the food or something else. But again the question is are you coming to enjoy yourself or to find whats wrong? They have always something for everyone there in the kitchen. The food is simple but tasty ! The main restaurant even opened till 4:00 in the morning which is amazing. They have good quality drinks and Italian Proseco which you wont get even at some other luxury resorts of Italy or Turkey.The rooms have that nice ambience and they are stylish. I would recommend rooms with the sea view and the pool.The territory is stylish as well and green with hard working gardeners every day.As i heard theres a huge renovation is on the way for the hall and other parts of the hotel as the owners want to make this hotel even better.The beach is sandy with clear water.

-: הלובי וחדר האוכל בניגוד לשאר אגפי המלון קצת מיושן ודורש התחדשות רמת האוכל בחדר האוכל וכן במסעדות המלון לא יותר מסבירה

+: Essen war sehr gut und vielseitig. Das Hotel Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

-: Sehr viele Familien mit Kindern

+: The property had a great beach and the rooms were within close proximity to everything in the hotel. We put a note in our reservation that we were staying at Rinela for our honeymoon. They graciously upgraded us to one of the suites with a combined pool which was lovely.

-: Here we go… if you have a gluten allergy or allergy of any kind, do not recommend. I met with a nutrition specialist and was told all the gluten free options in the resort and was only able to get bread through the reception desk (not the pizza or anything else that she said they had available). We got reservations at two places but for 9:00pm. There were so many empty seats in these restaurants it is hard to believe that 9:00pm was the only time they had. The Taverna is the restaurant that we did go to and they served me gluten twice even though I told the hostess and wait staff twice after they asked me if I had any allergies. The hostess even wrote it down when we entered. The shower had ants in it everyday and you had to wait in massive lines for anything outside the restaurant. I got food poisoning on our third night from the main restaurant food. During check out we were asked if we required a taxi to the airport and then found out one was not booked for us. The employee initially told me to call and book one after it was 15 minutes late, but then scheduled one after some conversation.

+: The property is beachfront, good food in a la card restaurants.

-: Main restaurant is not at the same level as other a la card restaurants. Its not really providing that feeling of luxury.

+: Schöner Pool, und schöne Food Stations, die Zimmer sind schön und eingerichtet. Zudem eine schöne Anlage mit toller Bepflanzung. Schön auch das Taverna Lokal!

-: Das Essen war nicht so gut. Der Strand überfüllt und keinen Support bei der Liegen Verteilung, kein Strand Service. Man bekommt kaum noch einen Tisch in den anderen Restaurants. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

+: Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Sandstrand und hat ein sehr schönes Erscheinungsbild. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, haben ein schönes Design und sind sehr sauber. Durch das All-Inclusive-Angebote hat man fast 24h Zugriff auf Essen und Getränke. Gutes Abendprogramm für jede Alterskategorie.

-: - Personal vorwiegend nicht ausreichend freundlich und interessiert - keine Möglichkeit der Reservation von A la carte Restaurants, obschon sie halb leer sind- Hauptrestaurant nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau und passt nicht zur restlichen Anlage- lange Wartezeiten bei allen Foodstationen- Nicht ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste (Liegen am Strand, TischeStühle bei Events) - Organisation klappt nicht immer - kein Fitnessraum, sondern nur Trainingsmöglichkeiten draussen
