+: The staff were always present and very happy to help you. We were immediatly met with cocktails and given a free room upgrade! It is a very relaxing place with a great view at breakfast with the option to change scenery and sunbathe have breakfast at the otherhotel at the complex.

+: Staff were helpful and friendly.

-: Lack of attention to details for room preparation; opened soda in mini bar, no bathrobes, ripped slippers. These leave me wondering what else was missed that I am not aware of. Very disappointing as the price was for 5-star hotel, but these incidents left me feeling like I was staying in a 4 star hotel.
