+: On a positive note, the reception staff was polite and friendly and did they're best to help, but sadly, that was the only redeeming feature of our stay. I won’t be returning to Natalie Hotel and would advise others to think twice before booking, for such a high price that we paid I expected more.
-: I recently stayed at Natalie Hotel with my family and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. To start with, We found bed bugs in all four of our beds after discovering the bite marks on our legs, which was absolutely horrifying. The idea of trying to sleep on those infested and stain filled mattresses was unbearable, and it made for a very uncomfortable stay. What made it even worse was that the cleaner didn't even bother to change the bed sheets—they just remade the beds, leaving the same infested sheets on or either the new sheets were stained too. As if that wasn’t enough, the breakfast buffet that was included in the price was a complete letdown. The scrambled eggs were not just overcooked—they tasted burned and bland, after a few days we gave up and started going elsewhere for breakfast. It was clear that little attention was paid to the quality of the food, which is unacceptable for any hotel.

+: Consiglio questa struttura, il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente, si trova in una stradina vicino laganas lontana dal caos! Se dovessi tornare a Zante sicuramente scegliere di nuovo Natalie Hotel!

+: TUTTO! La struttura è molto vicina a Laganas ma non si sente il caos della zona. È vicinissima alla spiaggia e ai locali. Ha una bella piscina e alcune camere hanno una bellissima vista sul mare. Lo staff è super gentile, ma soprattutto il responsabile è stato a nostra disposizione SEMPRE, ci ha dato consigli sui luoghi non turistici e sui ristoranti tipici. È una persona preziosa. Ottima qualità-prezzo. CONSIGLIATO!!
-: Doccia e lavandino un po’ scomodi ma ne vale comunque la pena.

+: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, σχετικά εύκολο πάρκινγκ στον κεντρικό δρόμο έξω απ' το ξενοδοχείο, καθημερινή καθαριότητα των δωματίων και ευγενικό και πρόσχαρο προσωπικό.
-: Το μπάνιο στο δωμάτιο χρειάζεται επειγόντως ανακαίνιση. Επίσης, το πρωινό ίσως θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένο.

+: Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Struttura molto bella e moderna, a due passi dal mare. Letti comodi, stanze grandi, piacevole balcone con vista mare. Colazione a buffet varia e abbondante davanti una grande piscina.Davvero un soggiorno perfetto a Laganas.
