    -: There was no working fridge or shower head, in our original room. The pillows and beds weren’t very comfortable.

    +: Location was great and room was spacious. Nicolas was available when needed. He even let us keep the room for an extra half day as it was empty.

    -: Wifi wasn't working for the whole time and couldn't get it fixed due to weekend. Also the base of the toilet was missing and had to be fixed on the day we arrived but was eventually accommodated.
