+: Nulla in particolare! Siamo state solo una notte.

-: Siccome siamo arrivate in struttura alle 1.00 di notte abbiamo chiesto tramite mess se era possibile il check-in così tardi . C’è scritto che la reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 , ma il check-in è possibile fino alle 11. Non ci hanno praticamente risposto ! Ero con una ragazzina di 12 anni e non sapevo se la struttura era effettivamente aperta o meno ! Siccome avevo già pagato , ho rischiato , ma avrei gradito una risposta in modo da non stare con l’ansia per tutto il viaggio ! Anzi , ci è arrivato un mess con scritto in base alla disponibilità 🤣 secondo loro , io con una ragazzina di 12 anni , all’una di notte vado in base alla loro disponibilità! Ripeto , avevo già pagato !! Altrimenti non avrei rischiato !

+: Todos muy amables, tienen un personal que son de 10 en atención, te ayudan y despejan dudas sobre el lugar, el hotel bastante limpio y ordenado, y la ubicación fenomenal, pues caminas hacia tiendas y restaurantes que están muy cerca, así que muy recomendados.

-: No tengo queja.
