+: Communication and hospitality. Room was perfect for what we needed. Superb location.

+: Een erg mooie en ruime kamer en badkamer, goede bedden en een hartelijke ontvangst door Maria en Olivia. Helaas de fles wijn bij aankomst niet kunnen nuttigen i.v.m. te weinig tijd. Er is verder geen balie, maar er wordt snel gereageerd via de app. Je loopt zo het centrum in. Het ontbijt is op korte afstand bij de haven waar je lekker rustig zit. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Koffie niet echt lekker helaas. Je zit boven een eettent, maar daar heb je helemaal geen last van. Kom zeker terug!

+: Wonderful place. The suite was very comfortable, very clean; (the cleaning lady was wonderful all smiles and fun) and the balcony overlooking the street and mountains was definitely a plus. The location was fantastic, just behind the old harbor and a couple of minutes from the restaurants and shops in the old town. The landlady was really helpful both before the trip and during. We very even able to get a late check out. All in all we had very nice time.

+: We liked it all. We had an extremely warm welcome from our host Maria, who could not have been more helpful. The apartment was excellent, spacious and well appointed. It benefited from a large roof terrace with views towards the old town and harbour. Nival is well located, within easy reach of the waterfront and the amenities of the old town.

-: There was nothing we didn’t like. It fulfilled our requirements perfectly.

+: Great location, walking distance to the old town, local beach, great restaurants Maria and Olivia went far and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable.

+: The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. We had an outside rooftop terrace with views over the town. Excellent location with all the amenities and wonderful food on our door step.

-: Nothing, it ticked all the boxes.

+: Classic European boutique hotel studio. Fully updated large, comfortable room with balcony right on main street in heart of Chania Old Town, 2 blocks from Port, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Host Maria was *exceptionally* helpful in answering questions by WhatsApp, helping with luggage (even at 5:30am), and providing snacks and drinks. Room has dishes, silverware, frig, microwave, and sink. Big modern bathroom, lots of storage, very comfy bed.

-: Long flight of stairs up to room (no elevator), but host carried luggage up and down for us. Don't even THINK of driving in Old Town. Driving and parking is horrible. Park your car somewhere (we used the free East Moat Theater gravel lot) and walk everywhere.

+: Location in Chania. The suite was very clean, tidy and very well presented.

-: The Breakfast was limited, no choice the same everyday (location for breakfast was fine)
